Arvin is back onstage... again. For the second time this year, he plays the lead villain, this time for the Hong Kong Players' lively, hilarious take on the classic tale.
The sassy Beauty leaves her comfortable (but dull) existence with her best friends to escape the clutches of her village's evil landowner - only to wind up in a castle inhabited by a miserable Beast and his staff of enchanted beings. Expect an action-packed performance filled with lovable characters, crazy adventures, songs you'll love (Oh, yes you will!), and more twists and turns than the Wilson Trail.

Alex Ramirez has it all. He is a successful investment banker in Hong Kong and a committed lay preacher in Reverend Swift's church. He is charming and charismatic, but a wolf in sheep‘s clothing. In private, he is a ruthless, narcissistic predator. His brother Dominic, a lawyer, looks out for him and fixes his mistakes. Alex becomes close to the Domingo sisters, not realising they are undercover investigators hired to gather evidence that he murdered his mother, Vivian, and other women. Can the Domingo sisters bring him to justice before he realises they are onto him?

Deepest thanks to you all for an incredible Zumba journey... so far!

In July 2017, I started by dance fitness journey by training to teach Zumba. By September, I was hired to teach regular classes. Over the next three years, I completed multiple trainings, presented at Zumbathon, was among the 5 Men of Zumba Masterclass, presented onstage all over Asia, and was appointed Co-Head of Dance at Fitness First (HK). During COVID, I gave 32 Virtual Classes and was joined by hundreds of Zumba Lovers from 6 continents. Since COVID, I have been so fortunate to dance every week with wonderful friends - the brightest of lights and the kindest of hearts - some of whom are now my family.
Yes, Zumba is about dance, music and fitness. Yet, more importantly, it's the connection we make during those 60 minutes... when we forget our troubles, unite as one, and return to our own lives revitalized and empowered.
I am forever grateful to everyone who's danced with me. Let's keep it going for many years to come!

Canadian Chamber of Commerce Annual Ball 2024
Arvin was very privileged to be invited to be the Master of Ceremonies at this year's exquisite annual ball for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. The theme was "Journey To Wonderland" and Arvin led the evening's festivities filled with wonder, magic and surprises.
As the host with the most, Arvin was also asked to sing and dance in a special musical performance, along with 6 fabulous dancers, delivering indeed what was deemed "The Greatest Show".

4th Place Winner
Arvin is humbled to come 4th Place in THE ONE 2022, a competition judged by Les Mills China Headquarters that celebrates outstanding Les Mills instructors across the industry. The programs winning Top Three include RPM™, BODYCOMBAT™ and BODYBALANCE™. Arvin represents BODYJAM™ to cap off the Top Four.
